Training
Training programs for all ages and skill levels, helping pets learn obedience and good behavior. We offer group classes for puppy socialization and training, basic obedience, and basic leash training and private sessions for behavior assessment and management, advanced training, and other one-on-one needs.

Walks
Structured walks that stimulate the mind and body keeping your dog engaged while they exercise and explore. A walk with us will be the best part of your dog's day! We focus on engagement rather than speed, your dog will work on leash etiquette, be invited to sniff and have enriching activities, and use their brains.

Visits
Fun-filled experiences with supervised play, socialization, and activities to keep your pets happy and engaged. Starting at 30-minutes, this is a great option for your pets when you need to be away for a long period of time.

Overnights
Our overnight stays leave you worry-free that your pets and your home are in good hands. We stay with your pets while you relax, taking care of them just like you would.

Grooming
Basic grooming services to keep your pets looking and feeling their best, from baths to brushing and nail trims for cats and dogs. We do not offer cutting and shaving services at this time but plan to expand into this area in the future.

We Are Perfect Paws Pet Services
Perfect Paws Pet Services was founded by Sarah Koenig, a lifelong animal lover whose passion for creature care began long before she ever imagined owning a business. From early childhood, animals were at the center of Sarah’s world—whether she was gently coaxing shy neighborhood cats out from under porches or helping her family care for their own pets, she formed a deep respect for the unique needs and personalities of every species she encountered.
This passion grew into a commitment to service. Over the years, Sarah volunteered more than 1,000 hours with both the Humane Society and The Equine Project, gaining extensive, hands-on experience with animals in a range of circumstances—from energetic shelter dogs in need of enrichment to rescue horses requiring patience, skill, and sensitivity. These volunteer experiences strengthened her belief that every animal deserves safety, compassion, and an advocate who truly understands them.
Before founding Perfect Paws Pet Services, Sarah spent eight years working professionally in pet care, steadily building a reputation for reliability, empathy, and exceptional knowledge. During that time, she provided care to hundreds of cats and dogs, but her expertise extends far beyond the typical household pet. Sarah’s background includes work with horses, livestock, birds, reptiles, and fish, and she has even cared for exotic pets—including client-owned spiders—with the same ease and dedication she shows any other species. For Sarah, there is truly no creature too big, too small, or too unusual; each has its own needs, and she embraces them all.
Today, Sarah continues to expand her skills and deepen her expertise as she completes a professional dog training certification, further enhancing her ability to support pets and their families. Her commitment to lifelong learning ensures that Perfect Paws Pet Services remains not just a business, but a trusted partner in animal care.
